Fans of The Sound Of Music got a great after-Christmas treat today! The Sound Of Music was on TV tonight, and if you love it as much as I do, you never get tired of watching it! Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer never disappoint!
The Sound Of Music tells the story of the Von Trapp Family, and though there are some historical inaccuracies, the film chronicles the life of the Von Trapps in Austria before coming to the United States. The Sound of Music cast still gets recognized today, and they were even featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show recently!
Descendants of the Von Trapp family can still be found at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont, where the Von Trapp Family settled after coming to the states.
